Unlike other insolvency procedures, the purpose of the LPA receiver is to secure the best possible return for the lender, rather than other creditors as a whole. As part of this process, we are mindful of the duty of care owed to the mortgagor and other third party creditors.
Our Receivers are long standing members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have a combined experience of over 100 years, providing agency, investment, valuation and property management advice.
Our multi-disciplined team offers independent, rigorous, practical and pro-active advice. We provide a flexible and responsive in-house service to meet the requirements of all issues arising during the course of a receivership (including property management, building surveying, quantity surveying, development consultancy, landlord and tenant issues, planning and valuation issues).
The range of instructions we deal with is extensive, including: retail, industrial, offices, residential, HMOs, licenced premises, care homes, development land, buy-to-let portfolios, residential blocks, uncompleted developments, public houses and hotels.
